Hope: Hi, I’m Hope and I’m in my Healing Era. I’m a mom, a therapy regular, a recovering people-pleaser and someone learning to love herself - even when my confidence is held together by the occasional affirmations screenshot that I forget to read. This blog is my little corner of the internet, where I say the quiet parts out loud. I’m a mom first. I love my children deeply. Fiercely. But I also miss the version of me who existed before I was responsible for keeping tiny humans alive and emotionally stable. I write about wanting to be loved LOUDLY while trying to rebuild my self-worth, and the reality of trust issues in relationships. I’m trying to trust again after being let down (by people, life, and myself). I also write about all the awkward, hilarious, and holy crap: I AM ACTUALLY GROWING moments in between. I am not a therapist. I am not a life coach. I am not a parenting expert. I’m just a woman with a laptop, a lot of feelings, and a decent sense of humor about the mess of it all.
